Syeedul Hasan Arif, Shagufta Qadri, Kafil Akhtar, Suhailur Rehman mark the start of new Era in Haematology with William Harvey Research Award-2015 in Haematology

Dr. Sayeedul Hasan Arif, did MD (pathology) in 1991. He has been conferred with Fellow, IASR. He Joined the Dept of Pathology, J. N. Medical College, AMU Aligarh (India) as demonstrator for three years and later joined the Deparment as Lecturer in 1995, promoted to reader in 2004 and subsequently as Associate Professor in 2007. Later on joined as Professor in 2010 and presently working on the same post. He is also Incharge Blood Bank and also incharge of central investigation laboratory at present. He was member of Medical Education Unit in Faculty of Medicine since 2009 - 2014 and served Hospital in the capacity of DMS from 2011 – 2013.
Dr Shagufta Qadri, did her MBBS and MD Pathology from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), AMU, and currently working as Senior resident in the department of Pathology, JNMC. She is highly focussed towards Surgical pathology, with a special interest in Oncopathology. She has work experience in various other subdivision of pathology as Cytopathology, Transfusion Medicine and Clinical pathology. She is very much devoted towards the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate student. She has many Publications in various National and Inter-National journals.
Dr Kafil Akhtar is working as an Associate Professor in the department of pathology, with interest in Cytopathology, Hematology and Blood Banking subdivisions of Pathology, He has teaching experience more than 13 years in various topics of the subject. He Have to his credit publications in different national and international journals of repute like Diagnostic Cytopathology, Acta Orthopedica Belgica, Annals of Tropical Medicine and Public Health, Journal of Cytology, Indian J of Pathology and Microbiology.
Dr Suhailur Rehman did his MBBS and MD Pathology from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), AMU, and currently, he is working as Senior resident in the department of Pathology. He Has work experience in different fields of pathology as Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, and Clinical Pathology. Has Experience of teaching Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
Certificate Program-2016 in Haematology
Applications are invited each month for Certificate Program-2016 in
Haematology, authorized by Journal For Haematology.
Qualification: Applicants must have published at least 2 research articles in peer reviewed international journals / Patents, can enrol for the certificate program.
Certificate Program is designed to cater Grade Promotion, recruitment, Funding, Tenure Extension, Fellowship, admission and appointments. Applicants should submit 2 scientific contributions, published at any International Journal of repute/ Patents to : photonjournal@yahoo.com as attachment to qualify for Certificate Program. Participants will be recognized as Resource Person/ Recognized Expert in concerned field/ Techniques. Teaching Faculties and Scientists can also enrol for Refresher Course. The last date is 31 December, 2016.
