How to Apply and Online Fee Deposit
IBPS has successfully introduced online receipt of applications and acceptance of application fee from the candidates. Today applications as well as fee are received in this mode only and this method is successful even with rural applicants. Another advantage of technology is that candidates are not required to wait for the acknowledgement of their applications or application fee, as an Email/ SMS is generated quickly to inform them about the same. Similarly Call letter are also made available to candidate in electronic format only which can be downloaded and brought to the venues at the time of examinations/ interviews etc. SMS/Emails are also sent to all which alerts them to get all important communications.

Evaluation and processing of the On-line Exam:
The evaluation and processing of the On-line Answer responses of the candidates is done through electronic mode only at our institute. This helps in processing the data and preparation of results much faster and also with least human intervention.
Before Finalization of results, the analysis of answer responses of the candidates is also done and studied by the faculty group/ Psychometricians. This is done as a step to ensure the accuracy of right answers provided to our system operators who are involved in processing of responses and finalization of results.
Group exercises primarily focus on assessment of latent traits such as inter-personal competence, communication, team building skills, analysis and reasoning, ideation, leadership traits etc. The Institute has an experience of more than two decades in conducting group exercises for banks, public sector organizations; management institutes, private sector banks and the multinational companies.
The Institute also conducts interview skill training programmes to train interviewers in the art and science of conducting interviews.
