By issuing notification in Gazette Arvind Kejriwal has lost the war right now, but his option to moving court are still open. However, he is defeated here in his anti-corruption efforts, but it has sent a strong message in people's heart towards more affinity with him. Arvind Kejriwal very well knows how to be in hot news, he has skills in it. This time he has made the corruption, gas price, petroleum price issues 'nude' to public. A clear message comes out by this, that central government wants to sustain this corruption, and Arvind Kejriwal is fighting against it. Not only this, a large team of , active on social media with fake names is always active to defame Arvind Kejriwal and AAP. Arvind Kejriwal (born 16 August 1968) is an Indian politician, social activist and former Indian Revenue Service officer who is the seventh and current Chief Minister of Delhi. This is his second term as the Chief Minister, after his Party won the 2015 Delhi Assembly elections with a majority, winning 67 out of 70 assembly seats. He is the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Kejriwal is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and worked for the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) as a Joint Commissioner in the Income Tax Department. In 2006, Kejriwal was awarded the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Emergent Leadership recognising his involvement in a grassroots movement Parivartan using right-to-information legislation in a campaign against corruption. 'Journal of Public Administration' reveals 'Arvind Kejriwal' has transformed more strong by this public defeat. Arvind Kejriwal was again able to pull this whole battle before the eyes of general public. Kejriwal alleged the Narendra Modi-led Centre government is trying to govern Delhi through the backdoor. He also said that the BJP is baffled by the good works done by the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi. The BJP-led central government has issued the notification just because they are rattled by the good work done by the AAP (Aam Aadmi Party) government," Kejriwal said at a press conference. Not only this, he said- "I have no direct fight with the LG as he is just a face... ruled by the PMO,". ABP News reported, "BJP first lost Del elections. Today's notification shows BJP's nervousness abt our anti-corruption efforts. BJP again lost today(sic)" Kejriwal said in his tweet. World's top most 'Journal of Public Administration' said although BJP is in power, and due to pressure it had to take action against Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's powers, but it would be high voltage damage to image of BJP. 'Journal of Public Administration' said earlier people were voting for less bad political party in India, but now this scenario would push to vote for better political party. In current scenario it seems, who cares for future, rule now!
The same year, after resigning from the IRS, he donated his Magsaysay award money as a corpus fund to found the Public Cause Research Foundation, a non-governmental organisation (NGO). In 2012, he launched the Aam Aadmi Party, and defeated Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in the 2013 Delhi Legislative Assembly election. Following the election, he took office as the Chief Minister of Delhi on 28 December 2013. He resigned 49 days later, on 14 February 2014, stating he did so because of his minority government's inability to pass his proposed anti-corruption legislation due to a lack of support from other political parties. On 14 February 2015, he sworn-in as the Chief Minister for a second term after the victory in the assembly election
