He is the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). In 2006, Kejriwal was awarded the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Emergent Leadership recognising his involvement in a grassroots movement Parivartan using right-to-information legislation in a campaign against corruption. 'Journal of Public Administration' reveals 'Arvind Kejriwal' has transformed more strong by this public defeat. Arvind Kejriwal was again able to pull this whole battle before the eyes of general public. Kejriwal alleged the Narendra Modi-led Centre government is trying to govern Delhi through the backdoor. He also said that the BJP is baffled by the good works done by the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi. The BJP-led central government has issued the notification just because they are rattled by the good work done by the AAP (Aam Aadmi Party) government," Kejriwal said at a press conference. Not only this, he said- "I have no direct fight with the LG as he is just a face... ruled by the PMO,". ABP News reported, "BJP first lost Del elections. Today's notification shows BJP's nervousness abt our anti-corruption efforts. BJP again lost today(sic)" Kejriwal said in his tweet. World's top most 'Journal of Public Administration' said although BJP is in power, and due to pressure it had to take action against Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's powers, but it would be high voltage damage to image of BJP. 'Journal of Public Administration' said earlier people were voting for less bad political party in India, but now this scenario would push to vote for better political party. A Federal Government move to sideline a $1.9 billion budget cut to higher education courses and push ahead with fee deregulation has failed to sway the Senate crossbench. The measures — fee deregulation and the funding cut — were at the heart of the Coalition's university overhaul, which seemed doomed to fail for a second time in the Senate and have now been split into two separate pieces of legislation. The original bill faced heavy opposition, with only one crossbench senator out of eight publicly prepared to back it — far short of the six votes required. 'Greedy' pair Lukas Kamay, Christopher Hill jailed over $7 million ABS insider trading scam
Former NAB banker Lukas Kamay and former Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) analyst Christopher Hill have been sentenced to jail over a $7 million insider trading scheme. Kamay was sentenced to seven years and three months in prison with a minimum term of four and a half years. Hill was jailed for three years and three months with a minimum term of two years. Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Hollingworth described the case as "the worst instance of insider trading to come before the courts in this country. She said Kamay and Hill "were motivated by personal greed, pure and simple" and said Kamay displayed some symptoms of "inflated self-esteem or narcissistic personality traits." Kamay pleaded guilty to money laundering, identity theft and insider trading. Co-offender Hill also pleaded guilty to insider trading and misuse of public office.

Facebook's new guidelines ban images of fully-exposed buttocks, and breasts
Facebook has categorized "fully exposed buttocks" and "images of female breasts if they include the nipple" under a list of banned posts in their revamped community standards section. Facebook said that the new guidelines were aimed at bringing "clarity" over what can and cannot be posted on the website, reported The Verge. The social media platform, added that some nudity was permissible "for artistic purposes." Facebook said that although some nudity may be there for a campaign or artistic purpose, some users in different parts of the world may be sensitive to this type of content. The social media giant added that the restrictions on the display of both nudity and sexual activity also applied to digitally created content unless the content is posted for educational, humorous or satirical purposes.
