Those, who want to help in the event of this crisis, can mail to photonjournal@yahoo.comPeople can use above email ID to donate the money (via Paypal, and other modes also) for Disaster Management and to provide important information they wish to share. The information/ query may be submitted for (1) to find / search a lost/ injured/ dead person, (2) Let us know if you have information about the person affected in earth quack (3) Share information if you are safe and living in affected area, (4) Share information if you want to inform well being/injury of some one, (5) Tell us, how you want to help in this disaster. Disaster Management tool launched by Journal of Planning and Architecture can be used to Find A Person and Report A Person. You can also share information to help ad hock, and post earth quake event. It may be related to disaster management, aid to affected people, place and culture. Earth quakes are natural events. Imbalance to nature greatly influence such tragedy, these include massive architectural changes affecting gravity, center of mass TUNNEL, DAMS, damage to CORAL REEF , drilling, alteration in flow direction of rivers. It is true that the best in human beings comes out in the hour of tragedy. Journal of Planning and Architecture requests all the people to show their best not only to serve best to humanity, but also to biodiversity, ecology , nature and environment. At least 25 people were killed in Bihar as a massive earthquake struck Nepal and the adjoining areas in northern India on Saturday. 7.9-Magnitude Quake Hits Near Kathmandu, Nepal. The vibrations were experienced in entire North India too. In Eastern Rajasthan, the earth quake vibrations were felt for around 5-6 seconds near around 11.45 AM. Journal of Planning and Architecture reports that vibrations in in Eastern Rajasthan were in the direction of North-to- South. The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake hit Lamjung, Nepal, Saturday, 25 April, 2015. Witnesses say several buildings collapsed in the aftermath. As the time spends, we will get more clear news with tragedy and lives. Many buildings have been demolished, roads have been fractured, and people died in this massive 7.8 quake. Beside for many people, it was their first exciting experience to feel the nice mild earth quake.
Journal of Psychiatry invites you to share your experiences and views on earth qukes at photonjournal@yahoo.com
Disaster Management on Earth Quake-
What to do and don't while at earth quake- 1. Be alert, within very less time you have to differentiate normal vibrations and earth quake leaded vibrations. 2. Place yourself at safe place and alarm your colleagues, people nearby you. If you cant run, and seek safe place immediately, cover your body under strong table/ chair. Protect your eyes from dust and damage. Do not open eyes, if you are getting your building demolished to protect them from dust. Stay away from heavy stairs/ week architectures/ walls. Protect your head from any direct/ indirect injuries. Stay away from false ceiling, heavy unbolted items, refrigerators, TV, on electric items/ circuits. You have to act fast in the event of such tragedy. Because everything happens within few time. If vibrations are not too strong, don't take adverse actions e.g. jump from buildings. If you have pets (dogs, cats) at your home, encourage them to come out to safe places, Don't tie them, so that they could defend. Dogs generally sense the earthquake before they occur around you, even before 5 to 10 minutes. Because earth quake flows in the form of a wave. Before intense wave struck to you, minor intense waves are identified by dogs. So they are good sensor for our help. Dogs begin to bark in such scenario, if you quite understand them, you will find that their barking is 'different'. Compare- How dogs bark when they love to their owner/ when something irritates/ attracts them/ on strangers/... If you are able to differentiate it, you can also judge at those moments too. It is like dogs are barking.. - to whom= no one! But not every time they bark, may be it depends how weak the final quake wave is/ whether dogs are not in group. We observed barking of dogs in group at night, before earthquake. During earthquake perhaps they were busy to combat the situation.
Stay away from electric wiring during earthquake. If water source is nearby you, combination of electricity with water can make it lethal episode. Try to run towards open space if earth quake hits you. Try to save your life and your loved ones, Don't waste your time to save expensive items of your home or office. Generally these are building collapses which cause major casualties of lives. So save yourselves from shocks. Frames, in which/ beside you can adjust your body, will help you in such event of crisis e.g. load bearable table/ bed or something else. Next you need oxygen to breath, so you must have hollow frames around you, which could occupy oxygen/ air for you instead of building mesh and broken debris. Try to reduce your fear. Less the heart beat rate you have, less oxygen your body will need for Less metabolism and hormones. Save your energy. Instead of speaking / crying for help, move your fingers/ hand/ body parts for making/ creating sound/ knocking when you are struck in building debris. Speaking/ yelling/ crying demands more muscles to action. You can make noise at the times of expiration, if possible. Take enough breath, if available, it will give you energy, relaxation and courage. First priority to protect is your head, then spinal chord.

What should you observe at the time of earthquake?
While you feel earth quake, try to observe, that shakes (vibrations) are in which direction? We have noticed them in 'East to West' direction, and on a different occasion in North-to-South direction too at same place. It confirms that earthquake shakes/ vibrations are 'Not in random directions', they are in a 'particular direction'. It gives us indications about what and how it is happening at earthquake origin center, far away from us and far deeper.
We have never recorded earth quake shakes/ vibrations in up- down direction. Please share here or email at photonjournal@yahoo.com , if you have noticed vibrations in up- down direction too. Please don't confuse with earth quake waves while experiencing/ observing it. Direction of earth quake shakes/ vibrations means a lot in observing the movement in depth of earth.
For how long time the earthquake vibrations continue?
up to 1 second? up to 5 seconds, 6 second? or more?
Observe the time, how long it is. Are the shakes entirely different vibrations from each other? or are they result of single quake? A single earth quake can continue for few seconds. Sometimes there may be multiple earthquakes in given time.
The scientist (author) of above article has also experienced mild (light) earthquakes, while the origin of earthquake was around 5000 Km or more away. To observe quakes from such a long distance, you should be very 'attentive' and able to differentiate between normal shakes/ vibrations and earth quake vibrations.
Case 1: While some time when earthquake vibrations were felt even at distance 200- 300 Kilometer or 1000 Km away, we could not feel those earthquake vibrations even they were occurring so close to us, it confirms that there is some 'gear' like system in depth of earth. You can understand it as several 'shafts/ plates of different size' are stacked over each other. If you could not feel/ observe earth quake which occurred e.g. 100 km away from you, it means that these both places/ cities are situated on earth at 'different' 'shafts/ plates'. Keep in mind, earth quake vibrations also gets dim after they travel distance.
Case 2: Opposite to it, sometimes we could find ourselves able to observe the earth quake even they occurred around 3000 Km or even 5000 Km or even more away. In this case it means that these both places 1. point of detection and 2. Point of origin (even at several miles away) were at same gear/ shafts/ plates on earth.
Consider following plates stacked over each other in depth of earth, based on above observations-
-------- ---- ------- -------- -------
---------------------------------- ------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------
You are at top of these shown line on earth. Now you can clearly understand that why sometimes you are able to feel earth quakes occurring at long distances while at sometime you don't observe earthquakes even they are closer to you because they are occurring at different plates and in different layers. Vibrations in deeper layers (plates) will affect larger area. Even your city can have multiple plates on top layers, due to it one part of your city can experience earth quake while other may not.
Based on observations as above discussed and as per diagram displayed above, let us conclude that most of the earth quakes which we feel are occurring on upper plates, not on deeper plates. Do you remember that earthquake stroked to Mexico this year but not United States, because they are on different upper plates. While North Korea tested hydrogen bomb this year around 2017, many adjoining countries experienced earth quake of around 5 magnitude due to it. Either it must be due to fluctuation on upper plates or in plates beneath it.
Interestingly, Try to know, just beneath the earth quake detection point (end points of earth's diameter), will you feel earthquake of any magnitude?
Earthquake is driven by huge power. From where this power comes? What causes the movement of plates in the depth of earth? Earth is not solid from inside, there are liquids and gases too.
Earthquakes will change Earth's center of gravity too! It will alter rotation and speed of earth too. It will heavily alter earth's environment and climate after a certain time. It will lead favor to certain biological species and abiotic factors. While some species extincted e.g. Dinosaurs, Gymnosperms. Thus you can conclude that due to earth quakes new species will evolved on earth and existing species can be eliminated including us. If earth's rotation and speed are altered due to earth quakes, it will also affect our solar system and positions of galaxies in universe.
Ants migrate from their home before it rains in tropical areas. It is indicator of upcoming rain. Thanks to their power of sense. They transport their eggs to safe and higher place from low height place. During such escape they don't travel in single streak, but in thick wide streak. They do not transport food this time, they transport eggs.
